Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Jerusalem House. Please download the volunteer application pack, print it out, and return the completed forms to the address provided in the application.

The volunteer pack includes:

•Jerusalem House application

•Background investigation consent form

•Confidentiality agreement

•Sexual conduct policy form

Jerusalem House volunteers are required to:

•Be at least 18 years old

•Agree to a criminal background check

•Attend a Jerusalem House orientation

We request an initial commitment of six months.
