National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
Every year, on February 7, individuals and organizations across the nation participate in National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD) to promote HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and community involvement in African-American communities.

The AIDS Vaccine 200, or AV200, is a fun, challenging cycling event that raises funds and awareness for AIDS vaccine research. It is produced by Action Cycling Atlanta, an all-volunteer run organization. The AV200 happens every May, and Jerusalem House has a team – the Jerusalem House Riders. Learn more.
Joining Hearts is a 501 (c)(3), all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to people living with HIV and AIDS in Atlanta, Georgia. Read their story here. Joining Hearts raises money by holding signature special events throughout the year. Whether you enjoy spending the afternoon outside socializing with friends old and new, or you prefer dancing under the stars, their fundraisers are events everyone can enjoy while also supporting a great cause.
